Christian P Kerrigan Architecture is a design and research consultancy based in Nine Elms led by Christian Kerrigan, qualified architect and architectural technologist. We offer design management services for construction projects and full architectural services design services including concept, planning permission, technical delivery on-site. Our client process invests fully in technology-led solutions, integrating sustainability analysis and social connection into our decision-making.

The company was founded on values of research & wellbeing for new construction and existing infrastructure. We have over 10 years’ experience working and listening to clients aspirations and dreams. A skill we have developed is offering design ideas and technical solutions balancing sensibility of client needs such as comfort, new technology integration, environmental sustainability, affordability, and wellness. Sector experiences include workplace, retail, schools, hotel & leisure, cinema, residential, affordable housing, and logistics.
Outside of architecture Christian volunteers as chair of the board of trustees of Vauxhall Gardens Community Centre, London. It has offered an opportunity to translate his architectural skills in new ways to benefit people's lives.
